O365 Policy configuration How to Enable and Disable

Access the URL : https://config.office.com/officeSettings

Microsoft 365 Apps admin Center

User :  Global Admin

Go to the Top Ribbon

Customization  à Policy Management

All the configured policies are listed here. Click on the Policy to Edit

Click Next

Click Next

Under Policies – Click on the Policy you want to disable

Select Disabled in the Dropdown and Click Apply

Click Next

Under Review and Publish – Click Update 

Saving the Policy

Policy configuration has been updated
